Expertise and Approach
My approach is informed by five main strands:
Sociological construction of the self
Attachment theory and psychoanalytical insight
Neuro-physiology of trauma
Energy psychology
Innate inner wisdom
Safety and fun are mainstays of the work.
Those I Serve
For over 30 years, I have worked with those who carry immense responsibility, often in silence:
- C-Suite executives
- Entrepreneurs
- HR leaders
- Royalty
- A-Listers
- Special Forces Veterans from four different countries
- Olympic athletes (including gold medalists)
- Families of wealth
The unseen weight of leadership, legacy, stardom and high-stakes decision-making can be isolating. I help my clients redefine all of that by releasing emotional burdens, resolving inter-generational wounds, and navigating complex professional and personal dynamics with greater ease and authenticity.
The fact that you’re here means you’re looking for something deeper—whether for yourself, your team, or your family. Everything I help people do, I have done. Everything. I have lived it, worked with it, and transformed it. This is what motivates me to guide people with influence in their own transformation.
My Credentials
Beyond one-on-one work, I mentor coaches and therapists, deliver corporate workshops on stress resilience, leadership, and team dynamics, and speak at international psychology conferences. I have trained clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, NHS staff, and humanitarian aid workers deployed to high-risk regions.
I have also appeared on television (ITV, Channel 4, BBC) in the UK, Canada, Germany, India, and China, and have been featured in The Guardian and The Church Times.
